Elle Woods is back—and this time, she only had 24 hours to get into Harvard Law (and onto the stage). Legally Blonde: The Musical was produced as part of The 24 Hour Musical Project, where students rehearse, tech, and perform a full-scale musical in just one day. It’s chaotic, it’s camp, it’s everything Legally Blonde should be.
For this production, I directed and branded the show with a fresh, high-gloss visual identity that embraced the iconic pink while infusing it with bold graphics, glitter textures, and an aesthetic that felt equal parts Y2K revival and Wake Forest flair. Social media marketing played a major role in building excitement. From teaser drops and behind-the-scenes content to bold merch reveals and a sold-out performance, the buzz was as big as Elle’s hair. I also secured a sponsorship from RedBull for this event as it aligned with both the story, the essence of the experience, and the thrill that RedBull loves to capture. This production proved that with the right amount of sparkle and spirit, anything is possible in 24 hours. What, like it’s hard?





DIGITAL PLAYBILL
Instead of traditional printed playbills, we created a digital playbill for audience members to view. We created cardstock handouts with this design and a QR code on the back for people to scan and then view the playbill on their phone. Click the image to the left to view the digital playbill!




Merch design
Created a design on hoodies and pocket tees in pink, black, and white for cast, crew, and community members to wear and support the show!





AUDITION PROMOTION
To generate buzz on campus, I created these eye catching neon pink signs and posted them all over campus, on landmarks, high traffic areas, and of course on all the greek sorrority lounges. #targetdemographiconlock
We also got the lights on the iconic Wait Chapel to turn pink to promote the show
INSTAGRAM STORY TAKEOVER
During the 24-hour rehearsal period we wanted to keep people engaged and updated on social media so we coordinated an Instagram story takeover with one of the incredible cast members, MC Kolar, to generate content and behind the scenes sneak peeks
